Patrice: Treatment Coordinator
Having been with our team since 1999, Patrice is our longest-tenured employee. Within that time with us, she has experienced almost every position at the office. However, she is now one of our Treatment Coordinators working out of the Marlborough office. She lives in Hudson with her husband and three sons. Prior to her career in orthodontics, Patrice taught third grade and pre-school.
Nicole "Collie": New Patient Coordinator
This is Nicole, but most people call her Collie. She’s been our New Patient Coordinator since 2024. Collie truly enjoys connecting with new patients, as is obvious from her friendly text messages and cheerful phone demeanor! Collie helps verify orthodontic insurance benefits, guides patients through pre-appointment steps, and ensures everything is set for a smooth and welcoming first visit. Despite working remotely, Collie is an extraordinary help to our team of Treatment Coordinators.

Alicia: Orthodontic Assistant
Ali is an aspiring dental student whose passion for orthodontics began while working within our practice. With four years of experience as a dental assistant, Ali enjoys the dynamic nature of patient care and the opportunity to create positive experiences for every patient. Dedicated, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth, Ali values being part of a collaborative team of exceptional doctors and staff. Ali looks forward to welcoming patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles at any of our locations.
Kimi: Orthodontic Assistant
Kimi has been a clinical assistant at C&R Orthodontics since 2005. In 2011, she earned her Certified Orthodontic Assistant (COA) title after completing the Dental Assisting National Boards. She also serves as the DentalMonitoring coordinator for the practice. Growing up in Marlboro, Kimi enjoys the opportunity to work with many familiar faces.

Robin: Orthodontic Assistant
Robin is a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant at Carvalho & Roth Orthodontics, bringing enthusiasm, expertise, and a genuine passion for patient care to her role. She was drawn to orthodontics by her love of patient education and the deeply rewarding moment when a patient sees their transformed smile for the very first time. Robin stays atop continuing education and at the forefront of the ever-evolving landscape of dental technology. Her dedication to growth ensures that patients at Carvalho & Roth always receive the most informed and up-to-date care available.
Beyond her clinical skills, Robin is known for her warm, approachable personality and her genuine ability to put patients at ease. She believes that a welcoming atmosphere and a good sense of humor go a long way — and she is never one to pass up the opportunity for a well-timed dad joke. When she is not in the office, Robin embraces the adventurous spirit she brings to all aspects of her life. She can often be found camping, four-wheeling, and exploring the outdoors alongside her husband and three daughters, creating memories and seeking out the next great adventure.
Samantha: Orthodontic Assistant
I am a compassionate and detail oriented dental assistant who values creating a positive and comfortable experience for our patients and our team. I’m proud to work with a team that provides exceptional care in a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and at ease.
